Step 1: COMPLETE AN INQUIRY FORM

Choosing the right school for your child is a major decision. Find out what makes Christian Heritage Academy different by completing a simple inquiry form. Once the form has been submitted our Admissions Team will process the inquiry you will move on to Step 2.

Step 2: SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE BLACKBAUD ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Once your inquiry form has been processed, the Admissions Team will send you an email via Blackbaud (the email will NOT be immediate). Expect an email in 24-48 hours.

  • Email Subject line will read Connect to Christian Heritage Academy

    • Body of the email will read: “Christian Heritage Academy is ready for you to login in via Blackbaud services using (your) email address as your username. With this invitation, you will create and use a Blackbaud ID to connect with Christian Heritage Academy.”

    • Create a password - Add your First & Last Name

    • You will have to verify your email address via Blackbaud through a 6-digit verification process.

    • Please remember your user name and password as the CHA office will not have access to your account in Blackbaud.

    • Any questions regarding your Blackbaud account please contact the Parent Help Desk at 888-868-8828.

  • Once your account is set up and verified, login to chacademy.myschoolapp.com to view your Admissions Process Checklist. This checklist will allow you to do the following:

    • Schedule a tour and meeting with our Principal, Joel Koski and/or our Student Dean, Gina Petersen (REQUIRED)

    • Schedule to attend a Preview Day (Optional) - Prospective Kindergarten thru 8th grade visiting students will get to sit in on classes, meet fellow classmates, take part in a campus tour and explore class options while buddied with a Christian Heritage Academy student in their current grade. 2024/2025 Preview Days for inquiring students is held from 8:15 am to 11:00 am on the following Thursdays:

      • January 16, 2025

      • February 20, 2025

      • March 13, 2025

      • April 17, 2025

      • May (upon request)

    • Students inquiring for Kindergarten - Please schedule a Preschool screening with your local school district. Once complete, the results can be sent via email to office@chacademy.com or by mail. Screenings must be complete before the 1st day of school.

    • Students inquiring for grades 1st - 8th grade will also be required to:

      • Complete a records request form for your child’s current school, as well as IEP/504 information. If your child is on an IEP/504 please bring these records with you when you tour to discuss with the Principal and/or Dean.

      • Schedule a math and reading assessment with one of our Specialists at CHA. (Required)

      • Send a teacher recommendation to your student’s math and reading teachers (Required)

      • All scheduling will be done on our Blackbaud checklist.

      • Apply for Admission - The application fee is $250 and is non-refundable. You may apply for admission for the 26/27 and 27/28 school year.

  • Please refer back to your checklist frequently to ensure that all the steps required on the checklist are complete.

Step 3: ADMISSION DECISIONS for the 25/26 School Year

  1. Re-enrollment for current students and siblings of current students will end January 31, 2025.

  2. Once re-enrollment has ended and the classrooms have been finalized the Admissions Team will update your Blackbaud Enrollment account with the admissions decision for new students on March 1, 2025.

    • Admissions Decisions for the 26/27 school year will be on March 1, 2026.

    • Admissions Decisions for the 27/28 school year will be on March 1, 2027.

  3. Login to chacademy.myschoolapp.com and click on DECISION.

  4. Your application could fall into four statuses:

    • Accepted

    • Waitlist

    • Conditional (This will only be if our team is waiting on records, assessments and recommendations)

    • Declined

  5. If your student has been ACCEPTED you must ACCEPT OR DECLINE THE INVITATION.

  6. If your student has been placed on the Waitlist and you would like to keep your student’s application on the waitlist please click "Submit your Decision" to ACCEPT or DECLINE.

  7. If your application has been accepted on March 1, 2025, the TUITION CONTRACT will be available to complete on your Blackbaud account by April 15, 2025. Tuition contracts must be completed no later than May 15, 2025 to be eligible for the 12 month payment plan.

  8. New Student & Family Orientation will be held the last week in August, 2025. Date and time TBD.

Our retention rate for the 24/25 school year was 93%. This tells you that our families really like it here!

January 31, 2025 Safe seat deadline for CURRENT students and siblings of current students.

March 1, 2025 Admissions Decisions will be available on your Blackbaud account for parents of NEW applicants.

April 15, 2025 Financial Aid Deadline for new applicants. If your student is accepted late Spring and Summer the deadline for financial aid applications is August 1, 2025.

April 1, 2025 Tuition Contracts will be available on your Blackbaud account.

May 15, 2025 Tuition Contracts MUST be completed in Blackabud.

Jun 5, 2025 Payments begin for the 25/26 school year (12 payments) Shorter term payment plans are available depending upon enrollment date. Payment plans offered are as follows:

  • Monthly 12 (June - May)

  • Monthly 11 (July - May)

  • Monthly 10 (August - May)

  • Monthly 9 (September - May)

  • Quarterly (June, September, December & March)

  • Semi Annual (June, December)

  • Annual (June - if accepted before June, 2025)

CHA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, nationality, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, tuition grant program, athletic and other school-administered programs.

CHA has been established on the biblical principle that God has given parents the primary responsibility for educating their children. The school enters into a partnership with parents and Christian educators to teach academics in the context of a Christian world-view and based on Christian faith and values. The policy of CHA is to offer enrollment to students of Christian parents who act and adhere to the values of the School and who desire a Bible-based education for their children.

CHA is a non-denominational school and is not affiliated with any church.  It is the policy of CHA to admit families who share and support our statement of faith.
