The Extended School Day (ESD) program provides after school care for students in Age 5 years - 8th grade and operates on a fee basis. It provides a safe and comfortable environment where students can do homework, play games, do crafts, and have fun. ESD is offered from 3:00-5:30 pm on days when school is in session. This is a good choice for students who are participating in after school activities and need after school care before the activity or after the activity for the duration of the school activity.

COST  

• Hourly Rate: $10/hour, billed in 15 minute increments

• Guaranteed Rate:  An hourly rate of $8/hour is available for families who commit to 5 days a week for the school year.  

• No minimum time requirement.

ATTENDANCE OPTIONS

• Pre-register on a weekly or monthly basis for staff planning purposes.  At the beginning of each week or month, email the office at office@chacademy.com with the name of the child(ren)and the date(s) your child(ren) are attending ESD.  Please note: If your child does NOT attend ESD on a pre-scheduled date you will NOT be charged.

• Emergency Sign Up: Please CALL the office 952-953-4155 before 3:00 if your child needs to unexpectedly stay in ESD. 

Foursquare Daycare is currently located at 17750 Glasgow Ave, Lakeville, MN 55044. They offer before and after school-age care for a very reasonable flat rate. Children are escorted to and from the school to the daycare center.
