Head of School

Position Summary
Christian Heritage Academy seeks a visionary, spiritually grounded leader to serve as our next Head of School—someone who models a mature Christian walk, leads strategically in partnership with the Board, inspires staff and families, and ensures a safe, mission‑aligned school where students grow in knowledge and Christ‑like character.
- Lead with spiritual maturity and missional clarity

Kindergarten Classroom Teacher (1.0 FTE)
Job Description:
Responsible for instructing Kindergarten students by creating lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction in early literacy, math, science, social studies, Bible, and other grade-level content areas as needed. The teacher will establish and maintain a strong classroom management system that supports both academic growth and student well-being. The teacher will differentiate instruction to meet the needs of young learners with various developmental levels, learning styles, and abilities, while fostering foundational academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
Education & Experience:
A Minnesota Teaching License is required. Early Childhood or Elementary classroom experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with experience in early literacy instruction and supporting the developmental needs of young learners are strongly preferred.

Middle School Teacher (1.0 FTE)
Job Description:
Responsible for instructing Middle School students by creating lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction in assigned content areas, which may include literacy, math, science, social studies, Bible, and other middle school subjects as needed. The teacher will establish and maintain a strong classroom management system that supports both academic growth and student well-being. The teacher will differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with various learning styles and ability levels, while fostering student growth academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually during the middle school years.
Education & Experience:
A Minnesota Teaching License is required. K-6 Elementary License preferred in addition to a Middle School content area minor or specialty. Upper Elementary, Middle School, or secondary teaching experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with flexibility across content areas and a willingness to collaborate as part of a Middle School team are strongly preferred.
